Tourism Bay of Plenty will not accept responsibility for any late submissions, any entries that are not received, or any entries or files that are corrupt, damaged, lost or inaccessible.

By voting, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions, including all eligibility requirements. You also accept that all decisions made by the Tourism Bay of Plenty are final and binding in all matters relating to the contest.

Tourism Bay of Plenty reserves the right to cancel the contest at any time, for any reason, and without prior notification.

By voting, you agree that you have the consent of any people who are clearly identifiable in your entry.

By voting, each entrant warrants that their entry is original and that their submission does not or will not infringe any third party’s intellectual property.

Tourism Bay of Plenty may collect your personal information (name and contact details) for the purpose of adding your details to their e-Newsletter database and for administering and processing the competition.

Eligibility

The winner must reside in New Zealand.

The winner will be contacted in the first instance by Tourism Bay of Plenty, upon response from the winner Tourism Bay of Plenty will then send through the Bay of Plenty foodie prize pack.

The winner will be responsible for the possession of the prize once received and must use the Taste of Plenty and restaurant gift vouchers within the specified time frame.

You cannot be an employee of Tourism Bay of Plenty or a prize sponsor.
