Tourism Bay of Plenty will not accept responsibility for any late submissions, entries that are not received, or any entries or files that are corrupt, damaged, lost or inaccessible.
By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including all eligibility requirements. You also accept that all decisions made by Tourism Bay of Plenty are final and binding in all matters relating to the contest.

Tourism Bay of Plenty reserves the right to cancel the contest at any time, for any reason, and without prior notification.
By entering this competition, you confirm that you have the consent of any people who are clearly identifiable in your entry.
By entering, each entrant warrants that their entry is original and does not infringe any third party's intellectual property.
Travel to and from the Bay of Plenty will be at the winner’s own cost, unless flights are used as part of the prize package.
The prize is only valid for use during the Flavours of Plenty Festival and cannot be transferred to other dates.

The winner will receive a $1,000 Air New Zealand travel card to be used on return flights to Tauranga and back for two people during the Flavours of Plenty Festival (16 April – 3 May 2026). Flights must be booked directly through Air New Zealand.
The $1,000 Air New Zealand travel card must be used for return travel to Tauranga for the purpose of attending the Flavours of Plenty Festival. It cannot be used for alternative routes or converted into cash. If the flights component is not required (e.g. the winner lives in Tauranga), the flights will not be exchanged or converted into vouchers or cash.

One month’s worth of Waitoa Free Range Chicken: $50 per week, totalling $200, provided as 8 x $25 vouchers. Each voucher is single use only.
Vouchers and prize components cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for alternative products or services.
The competition runs from 12 December 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on 11 January 2026.
